Warm Sculpting by SculpSure® Vs. CoolSculpting: Which is Better?
Making the decision for the right body contouring treatment can be difficult. Though both CoolSculpting and Warm Sculpting by SculpSure® treatments have body slimming effects, there are significant differences between the two. Arion Skin Laser is proud to be the very first clinic in Vancouver to offer Warm Sculpting by SculpSure® as we believe that it is a far more effective and efficient option to other body contouring treatments. Why? We’ll tell you below…
Warm Sculpting by SculpSure® and CoolSculpting: What’s the Difference?
CoolSculpting is a treatment that became available in 2009 which uses cold technology to freeze fat cells. It targets one area a time per session and requires a minimum of 2-4 sessions for results to become visible. Alternatively, Warm Sculpting by SculpSure® is a technology developed in 2015 and uses heat and controlled light technology to contour the body. Warm Sculpting by SculpSure® sessions are usually around 25 minutes and can target multiple areas at once.
Benefits of Warm Sculpting by SculpSure®
Quick: While CoolSculpting requires a minimum of 2-4 one hour treatments to see results, many patients see lasting results after one 25-minute SculpSure® treatment.
Efficient: If the patient is wishing to target more than one area of their body in their body contouring treatment, CoolSculpting can be a much lengthier process than SculpSure® as it only targets one area of the body at a time.
Painless: Though both treatments don’t require anaesthesia and are designed to be relatively painless, some patients report feeling delayed pain that compares to deep stabbing or shooting pain after completing a CoolSculpting treatment. SculpSure® treatments are generally more well tolerated by patients.
Effective: Unlike CoolSculpting, the heat technology in SculpSure® not only propels fat-melting, but also encourages collagen and elastin production in the treated area. This results in firmer, younger looking skin overall.
Versatile: CoolSculpting uses suction applicators that can generally only be used on the abdomen and flanks, limiting the ability for patients to fine-tune where to target their treatment. Aversely, SculpSure® uses flat applicators that can be used on many more areas of the body including the inner and outer thighs, back, chest, and buttocks.
If you’re looking for a non-invasive body contouring treatment that works, look no further than WarmSculpt by SculpSure®. Endorsed by model/actress extraordinaire Brooke Shields, SculpSure® far surpasses its competitors in effectiveness, speed, and comfort.
